August, 2003 -- Car Wash

     Car wash is excellent. Mirrored so you can see both washers on either side of you car. $5.00 tip/washer is required. The Wize Old Man says give them each $10.00. The wash, two tips, a beer and a soda came to $45.00. Very reasonable and well worth the price. AND you leave with a clean car. Only thing needed to make this perfect is a dirt lot so you could get the car dirty again!

     Tell the wife you're gonna go wash the car and head on down for the most fun you've ever had getting a clean car.

     Harper's II is both a car wash and a strip club. The car wash is located behind the club.

     Great location right off a major interchange. Head north, immediately on your left.

I have been dropping by Harpers II for years and staff comes and goes but "Hollywood" and "D-man" have both been there for years and they are both dedicated to bringing the customer a good time.

About ALL privately owned strip clubs in NC have pot luck when it comes to girls: Dancers move around alot, so sometimes you have to hire what you can get just to cover the shift. An unattractive girl won't last but a night or two and if you're short on help you hire them so you don't have to work your "good" girls to death with stage calls. It just comes with the territory.

I know: I owned and managed strip clubs for 26 years. Saying that, I am retired now and just drop in the local clubs occasionally for old times sake. And my favorite club to drop in to is Harpers II. K-Love, Zoe, and Kitty are the three friendliest in there that I know of and there are several other attractive girls in there that I didn't have the time to get to know. Including some very classy black dancers.

Very relaxed atmosphere and you don't feel like you should have taken K-Y with you when you went in. Just go and have a great time. I highly recommend it.

Went to the club on a whim last night and had a blast. Laid back and cool atmosphere. The ladies were nice and my favorite was Kay Love. Fun girl to talk to and had some REALLY nice curves. Nine out of ten girls I saw were really attractive. I have to agree the staff is very friendly. Whenever I needed change they helped me out. Champagne Room dances are worth it. Bought several and enjoyed them all. Also enjoyed tipping on stage. You get a great view! I heard the minimum tip is $2, but I gave them $5. The only small issue is that the big screen TV was hard to see, but that is all I can think of. I like the fact they don't serve alcohol because people don't get too rowdy and everyone can just have a good time. - Mark

Good laid back club, but all the ladies aren't quite as attractive as older posts suggest. Don't get me wrong, there are some gorgeous ladies here, but some are just rough. One griped as I declined her third random offer for a private dance asking somewhat loudly if it was because she was too old or too fat. Well to be honest both influenced my decision as well as the fact that she didn't remember me from a previous visit where she joined my table as I was enjoying the company of another lady. The private area really isn't all that private, just another rather large room with a couple dozen couches, and the dances there are not really nude. I'm sure every dancer shows her goodies on every visit to the VIP room, but the g-string stays on. It is still a great club with a friendly staff as well as clientele.
